Successful Warfare Strategies 2- Impulsive No More

Pro 24:10
If you can't stand the pressure of adversity, your strength is small.

Reacting is due to a lack of patience or time to calm down, to reason with the Lord in the Word, to wait on Him for guidance.  You might simply be busy or tired; for the devil strategizes his attacks to get us in our vulnerable moments.  Be always on guard to discern the impulsive reasoning and emotions that will lead to a regretful crash; be wise and temperate enough to rebuke and reject them!  Temperance or self-control is one of the spiritual forces residing on the inside of a born again believer. You must go higher than your soul, go to your spirit, pray in the spirit for the Lord to inject heavenly power into you!  We all have impulsive attacks, even mistakes but we are not impulsive nor carnal for we have been born again, the Spirit of Christ dwells in us.  We must activate our spiritual forces for them to work for us.  We are not victims, certainly not passive!  The Holy Spirit is our Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, Standby, Councillor, and Comforter!  Call upon Him especially during tough, difficult and pressing times!  Keep practising, don’t despise nor give up on yourself until the duration and frequency of reactions drop significantly!  Tough times are warring, learning, growing and promotion times!

Jam 1:3 TLB
for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow.
That is the time when our soul is being cleansed, purged, adjusted, refined, sanctified and glorified!
Jam 1:4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
How we conduct ourselves during difficult times can determine what we receive at the end of the war.
Psa 23:5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
There is always the anointing for war, trophies and rewards are waiting for soldiers and generals of Relentless Faith!  That is why it is called “a good fight of faith” in 1 Tim 6:12
